Newest Member: Svitlo Vodka
Svitlo is a new export vodka (Horilka /горілка) brand from Cherkasy, Ukraine. Uniquely distilled from corn, grown in the famously fertile black-earth plains of central Ukraine.
The company was established in June 2022 after setting up a broad partnership with Ukrainian distilling partner Bayadera Group. Svitlo was first released to New Zealand in 2023 and now includes Australia and the UK amoung its markets.
Svitlo competes on both quality and price, with significant ambitions to challenge the status quo of how people know the category, worth approx 50Bn globally.
Through Dodomu, the Svitlo home fund also supports creative projects happening in-country, their small part in bolstering Ukraines burgeoning cultural identity.
